DELIVERY

We dispatch your order in 48 hrs after receiving payment. You receive your purchases in up to 10-14 working days after your order has been placed. Please note that depending on the availability dispatch may be occasionaly prolonged up to 5 working days after receiving payment. All orders are shipped via the Polish Post Priority Mail or Airmail that are trackable with the use of tracking numers to all dispatched orders.

If your order shall be dispatched to other country than Europe, please note that the shipping may take 2-3 weeks or even more depending on the customes offices at the order destination. The costs of shipping and customs fees are covered at the order by customers.

Shipping fees include handling, packing fees and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage feeds vary according to total weight of the shipment.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason and you may return any item within 14 working days of receipt of your shipment. For the return purposes you shall create a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number following the steps below:

  1. Sign into your account and under the “Orders History” select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  2. Click on the “Create a Return / Exchange” button and select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to the item(s) name(s).
  3. Explain why you return your shipment in order to give as knowledge what you think about our products, better understand why you return product. If you don’t mind, you don’t have to explain it.
  4. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an e-mail with your RMA number that is a confirmation that your request was sent to us.
  5. We will contact you with further instruction within 3 working days of RMA.If there are any missing, damaged items or any other disputed you shall report it by “Contact us” form within 7 working days of receipt. The items may be return for a full refund including postage or the items may be replaced. If an order is cancelled for any other reason, Hexy’s only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s) (excluding postage costs).

The costs of returns are covered by the customer, except the cases of faulty, damage or wrongly supplied orders. A deduction of postage costs shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the orders. The returns must be returned in the condition they were shipped to the customer.
